Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Paramotors will ship directly from the factory or U.S. importer for each brand. Same with the wings.
*Many of these items ship from Europe and can sometimes be delayed by customs inspections. We will update you on the shipping status once an item is ordered.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes. We need a physical address for UPS and FedEx shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once the item ships.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Epic Paramotor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Epic Paramotor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. We do not offer international shipping.
Returns Policy
We do not offer returns once an item has been used. If you need to return or exchange an item that has been unopened, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
